Training
Although OmniCenter® is intuitive enough to use without formal training, Netreo offers training on every OmniCenter® product to guarantee that every customer has the tools they need to get the maximum value from the OmniCenter® family. Most customers recieve one or more training sessions as part of the standard implementation. Tuning
OmniCenter® is designed to be low-maintenance and easy to administer. However, some customers like to periodically audit their configuration and make sure everything is optimized and tuned for maximum visibility and performance. Netreo’s expert engineers and developers can periodically help make sure you are getting the most out of OmniCenter® by providing quarterly or annual tuning services, which can include training for your staff on the best way to utilize new features, and insuring that your OmniCenter® is optimally configured for your needs.
Ongoing Maintenance
All our OmniCenter® appliances offer support options directly through Netreo or via our highly-trained VARs. On-site services, emergency replacement, and regularly scheduled software updates are all available via affordable annual maintance programs. OmniCenter®’s unique modular architecture is ideally suited to adding custom code to support your specific environment.
