Role-Based Views
Whether you're a manager, executive, or network engineer, OmniCenter® provides a view that's ideal for helping you get the information
you need to do your job quickly and efficiently. Tactical Overview pages provide a "Red/Yellow/Green" view of all the monitored devices, services,
applications, servers, and thresholds in a single, easy-to-read page. Tactical views are available summarized by device type, site, application
or line of business - so you can see the exact impact an outage has on the functions of the business, or immediately identify problem devices or
interfaces. Site Overview shows each location and the exact percentage of service, host, and threshold issues they're experiencing. Application views
provide single-value "speedometers" to indicate exactly the impact on a given application - so your executives can see when everything is working,
and when it's not, see exactly how big an impact the issues are having on the business. The "Current Issues" display allows in-depth visibility to
all the issues occurring, including immediate acknowledgment of issues from a single page, making it especially suitable for operations or engineering
personnel.
Automatic refresh is available on all real-time status pages, making them suitable for constant display in a network operations center, and
each user can set the overview page that best suits their role as their default home page when they log in. OmniCenter supports any number of
concurrent web users at any access level.
Single-Click Access
Unlike some competing solutions, the exact information you need to see where the problem is occurring and begin fixing it is never more than a
single click away. Clicking on any problem or issue in an at-a-glance page takes to directly to the information and graphs you need to spot and
fix the problem. This simple innovation alone can significantly reduce the time required to diagnose and fix a problem.
OmniCenter® also includes automated and highly-configurable alarming so that you can be proactively notified of any threshold, service,
application, or host outage - via any contact method.
RSS Alerts
OmniCenter® also provides integrated RSS feeds for all network issues and alerts, so you can keep in touch with the entire network via
your Windows task-bar applet, Macintosh Dashboard, mobile device, or your favorite RSS news-reader, from anywhere in the enterprise or
connected internet.
The OmniCenter® web interface allows for secure and easy configurability from anywhere in the enterprise. Intelligent design and default settings
allow for minimal administration and quick deployment. OmniCenter® has been used for years in some of the world's largest and most complex environments, and has been specifically
designed to allow for easy configuration and management of hundreds or thousands of servers and network devices.
