Technology

OmniCenter® is a completely integrated IT monitoring solution that monitors the availability and performance of networks, systems and applications from a consolidated dashboard view. Installed at the core of a production network, it uses standards-based protocols to poll data from across the enterprise. Real-time results are presented via an intuitive web interface, and based upon severity may be relayed to NOC and helpdesk personnel via email or pager. Historical results are archived and presented via a reporting interface. OmniCenter® software is supported and updated remotely by Netreo via secure VPN connection.

The OmniCenter® platform and related modules support most widely deployed IT devices, connections and applications. Included are network devices from leading vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, HP, and 3com; Server Operating Systems such as Windows (NT, 2000, 2003, 2007, XP, Vista), Solaris, AIX, OS/400, UNIX, Linux; and many leading applications such as Microsoft Exchange, IIS, SQL and IP Telephony.
